I took my car in for a tire rotation and was really impressed with the service. The staff was very professional and attentive. They also pointed out a small issue with my brakes that I hadn’t noticed, which I appreciated. The waiting area was nice, but it could use a few more magazines. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, with complimentary coffee and snacks. I was pleasantly surprised to see how quickly they got my car back to me, and they even gave it a complimentary wash! The only thing I would suggest is to maybe add a few more seating options in the waiting area during busy hours. I can't say enough good things about my recent visit! I was in a bit of a bind with a flat tire on a busy Saturday afternoon. When I called, they assured me that they could help, and I rushed over. The team was clearly busy but still made time to fit me in. What stood out the most was how efficiently they worked. They replaced my tire quickly but without compromising quality. They also took the time to explain what had happened and offered me tips on maintaining my tires to avoid future issues. Plus, their prices were very reasonable compared to other places I’ve been to before. If I had to nitpick, I’d say the parking could be a little tight, but honestly, the service made it all worthwhile. I’m definitely coming back for any future tire needs!
